Built in mid-18th century, the Hotel D'allèves offers a quiet location in the center of Geneva. It is only a 5 minute walk from the train station and 100 yards from Lake Geneva. We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful (very unusually, though I always ask for it, they had put the correct work address on the bill and noted allergy problems even before we arrived). So often people seem to be miserable, but the staff here were all delightful. The decor is beautiful, with beams, bare walls, and other lovely touches. I should add that they upgraded our room, so we had a really brilliant room. The wifi was good, the breakfast was excellent, especially the collection of fresh fruits and berries. It was quiet, a short walk from the main station and from the centre of Geneva (in between the two). I would say even that for the quality and the comfort it was good value for money.

I liked the staff, the place, the room, the location of this place is amazing you can work around the whole city of Geneva from this place. You have restaurants, coffee places and even the port is close. I loved the room, extremely clean and organized. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and gave us all the details on how to find our room, I will definitely go back to this place when visiting Geneva next time.

The Hotel de Geneve is only 3 minutes' walk away from the train station and 5 minutes from the city center and the banks of Lake Geneva. Free WiFi is available in all areas. 10 min walk from the Geneva station, walking distance from the city center, comfortable room, and inexpensive breakfast! I liked the cute paintings on the wall. Help of the staff was also exceptional.

The nonsmoking Hôtel Les Arcades is located in the center of Geneva, opposite the Cornavin Train Station. It is very silent, so close to the train station, you also get a free transport card for the days you stay with them. The staff was amazing.
