Amazing hotel! Service was very good! We received a free upgrade, the room is massive, and equipments are very new and fancy. I requested for a welcome postcard for my girlfriend, they not only wrote a super cute card, but also give us a platter of fruits and chocolate. Overall, the experience was very good.

The room had all the needed amenities. The staff were extremely helpful. I got really sick and as a solo traveler you'd expect it to be the end of the world but Cui Meihui really helped me and ordered medications for me and was the friend I needed so far from home! We found a hotel gem in Beijing! The Nostalgia hotel is in a perfect location for sightseeing and walking to enjoy the local environment (food, souvenirs, culture). The entrance to the hotel is in a safe alleyway. The hotel staff met us at our taxi and took us to the hotel including helping us with our luggage. The facility is modern. They provided us with many amenities including access to a free washer and dryer to clean your clothes. While the staff speak limited English, they were happy to help out with a translator. We used DiDi to go to the train station. The manager helped us in the arrangement and took us to the pickup stop. He helped with our luggage and remained with us until the van picked us. He also provided us with food and drinks since we were not able to eat breakfast (early morning). Unbelievable service!! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
