The staff was friendly and very helpful, we booked almost in the middle of the night and from the moment I called the hotel I was treated in the best way possible. Me and my family had an amazing stay, the room was big and very comfortable, but the highlight for us was the kindness of the staff, from the receptionist, housekeepers, baggage handlers, the waiters at the restaurant, were very pleased during our stay!

Communication with the host was superB! Early checkin was no problem, very kind to improvise. The apartment has everything you need and was very clean. Kitchen has many supplies, microwave and also condinements to spice up your delivery or cooking. There is also washing mashine if you need it. The toilet had good pressure and hot water. Comfortable bed. TV has netflix and many ppv channels. The balcony is nice too there are foldable chairs to take out. The wifi was good i had no problems at all. Location is safe and it has many supermercados nearby and even a small centro commercial with atms and everything.

Super cozy stay, we initially planned to stay only 2 nights and the convenience of the location and the warm feel of the apartment caused us to stay an entire week. Great ambiance and great stay for 2 possibly even 3 if one sleeps on couch,,, Overall great experience and responsive owner. Thanks!

El Loft estilo Japonés se encuentra en Bogotá. Pasamos solo una noche por la escala para regresar a Buenos Aires. Excelente ubicacion centrica. El edificio moderno muy lindo y las instalaciones y vistas desde la piscina espectacular. El departamento muy comodo y con todos los utensillos para poder pasar una estadia agradable. El anfitrion nos contacto antes de llegar muy atento a todo.
