Clean, fantastic view of the river and the sunset (I can imagine the other side isn't as wow), very pleasant communication, and ease of check-in and check-out. Very airy lobby, and lots of art!

This 3-star hotel with 24-hour reception is in the lively Neukölln district of Berlin, 100 metres from Rathaus Neukölln Underground Station. We went to explore Berlin and not to stay in a hotel room. The room is good enough for 3 people. Bed mattresses are soft and you get a good rest after a busy day. Daily room cleaning. European breakfast meets expectations. We did not hear the neighbours. Service personnel are very friendly and hospitality on a high level. Once I need to come back definetely will think to book this hotel again. Thank you very much.
