Easy to come and go to the airport and to the center - tram nearby goes both ways. Even though train goes near, the windows are very well insulated, so you won't hear the train at all. Everything is nice and tidy.

Very friendly hosts that helped acomodate us and let us check in earlier. The apartment was very big, clean and cozy. It is located close to the beaches and close to bus stations that can take you anywhere in the City. I definetly recommed this apartment.

I would highly recommend your villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and well-located place to stay in nice. From the moment we arrived, Fernando, the villa's contact person, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly, even late at night. He also gave us many great recommendations for activities in the area. The villa itself was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from park fhenix and a short drive to the promenade des anglais. One of the highlights of our stay was our departure. We were on our way to the airport when we encountered a major traffic jam due to road closures that we hadn't been aware of. Fernando, without hesitation, offered to drive us to the airport himself. This was a lifesaver, as taxis were unable to get through the traffic. We would have missed our flight if it weren't for Fernando's kindness and generosity. The only minor issue we had was that the living room was a bit small for the number of people that can sleep in the villa. However, this is a small thing, and overall we had an amazing stay at your villa. Thank you again for everything!

Everything was very nice: from location (which is quiet neighborhood yet with easy and convenient way to get to the city center) to conditions in the apartment. Clean, cozy and has everything necessary for the comfort stay.

Loved the view and location even though it is a long walk or tram ride to town. The apartment was perfect for our vacation.

Magnifique studio au bord de mer está no distrito de Fabron, em Nice. Great location near the beach, exceptionally clean, good air conditioning, very nice furniture and amazing host. The kitchen is very well equipped, you can use the washing machine and there is a TV inside as well. One of the best accommodations I’ve ever been to.
