Equipped studio apartment with kitchen. Add a washer machine and I would move in :) You have sveti jakob beach literally at your door step ! No need to go farther. It's a great beach. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay at Sveti Beach House.

The air-conditioned accommodation is a 3-minute walk from St. Our stay here exceeded our expectations. The rooms were neat, clean, and fragrant, with a sea view. A wonderful terrace with a beautiful view of the bay, the old town, and the island of Lokrum. On the terrace, which consists of 3 levels, there is a summer kitchen with a table, deckchairs, and a jacuzzi. Every evening, after returning from the city, we spent time here, resting after the hardships of the hike and planning the next day. The host is very nice and friendly. He organized a transfer from the airport, stored our luggage, and gave us some tips on what to see, how to get there, where to eat, etc. On the first day, he provided us with snacks, which was very helpful for us, because it was a Sunday when the shops were closed: ) He made sure everything was fine. We highly recommend staying here.

Apartment Teraca Dubrovnik features accommodations in Dubrovnik near St. Jacob Beach and Lokrum. This beachfront property offers access to free Wifi and free private parking. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Ana was the perfect host and made life easier for us whilst in Dubrovnik. The location was amazing , not too far from old town and had a small beach right at our doorstep. The best thing about the property was the gorgeous view of old town/the sea from the terrace. We always felt relaxed here as it had such beautiful surroundings and was a quiet and peaceful area. Ana greeted us with pancakes upon arrival and it’s fair to say they are the best in Dubrovnik! Honestly one of the best stays we’ve had!

Providing city views, Apartment and room Sveti Jakov in Dubrovnik provides accommodations and barbecue facilities. This property was simple, yet amazing. Out of old town businesses , but close enough to walk (30 minutes). Has all the basics facilities covered and the hosts were very accommodating stocking the fridge with a few goodies for our arrival. All that aside the view is phenomenal and I recommend staying here. Also amazing beaches just underneath the property. St Jacobs with a bar and restaurant, or further to the south accessible thought the old Belvedere Hotel is an amazing area where you can jump off the rocks.
