Perfect location and a really good place to stay for first time visitors. Close to the Flaminio metro station. If you are arriving from CIA airport there are no trains close to the airport. There are plenty of busses. We got one to Rome termini, €8 each. Then get the metro to Flaminio and the hotel is only 10 mins walk. It's so clean inside. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was so nice. Great shower! They sent me a pre made video of where to go and how to unlock the doors which was very user friendly and took the stress off. This is about 5 min walk from the plaza, 25mins from Trevi and pantheon and about 28 to the Vatican Museum. Me and my gf just walked to every attraction because it's such a safe and clean location.

Very nice, calm and cozy apartment which is very clean and had a balcony to enjoy the morning in the sun. The bathroom is separate but private, so everything perfect. The public transport is just in front of the building and you reach the city center in 15 minutes. Thanks to Paolo for making us such a nice stay!

We were incredibly satisfied with our room, it was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. We hardly used public transportation, relying solely on walking around the city, which was a huge plus for us. Excellent location for the Olympic stadium. Room and facilities were great and breakfast was lovely. Sociable breakfast room with shared table with other guests. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Conversed with host via WhatsApp and directions for finding and entering accommodation very easy to follow.
