Beautiful breakfast restaurant overlooking a lovely garden. Great food. Lovely Japanese touches to the architecture and rooms. Perfect location for exploring Kyoto's sights.

Guest House Nishimura - Vacation STAY 13438 asub Kyotos, 1,2 km kaugusel Eikan-do Zenrin-ji templist ja 1,6 km kaugusel Shoren-ini templist. Kogu majutusasutuses on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Nishimura-san and his wife were really adorable with us ! Everything in their home is beautiful and made us felt like home. The location is extremely convenient to visit touristic places and Tadashi Nishimura gave us a map with a recommanded tour which was really useful !

Tadashi insisted on picking me up from the train station, on his day off as well. Himself and Yuki are lovely people and very welcoming. Everthing is meticulously clean and the bed was so comfortable, i had the first decent nights sleep since arriving in Japan 6 days previous. There is a view of a Buddhist temple out of the bedroom window and the neighbourhood where the property is seems safe and quiet.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, spoke excellent English, and were very considerate. Sauna was amazing. The food was excellent, healthy and delicious.

Designed by Togo Murano, The Prince Kyoto Takaragaike offers spacious rooms centred around a Japanese garden. The rooms are spacious, the room design, and the view were all great. Great breakfast selections, my booking did not include a breakfast, but there were 3 restaurants at the hotel which offered that, one of which was a buffet. I got a recommendation by booking.com to have a shower box, it was not clear if the bathtub had a shower (both did) when switched my booking i found that my room as both a bathtub and a shower box, which was convenient Staff are super friendly The building is a ring shape, where I believe all rooms have a an amazing view of Takaragaike area. The center is a garden. My room view was of trees.
