My cabin (not capsule!) came with a secure closet large enough to fit my suitcase, so I could repack there instead of downstairs. The whole place was immaculate, and the staff was great. It was also very quiet when I stayed there; the room I stayed in was half occupied by Luxury cabins so there were naturally fewer people. The bath was also excellent. Both times I used it, I was by myself.

The location was perfect, the room was very comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. My mom needed to go to a clinic and the staff helped up book an appointment with an English speaking doctor. We loved our stay!

The location couldn't have been better than this. Less than 5 minutes walk to everywhere. Room was big enough for a family of 4 with a sitting area. Would definitely look for this on our next visit to Osaka. The free coffee was better than Starbucks. Our girls loved it.
