Staff was very friendly and helpful, spa was awesome. Great location close to Sapporo station and 7Eleven attached to the lobby if everything else is closed. We got in late and hadn't eaten all day so that was clutch.

Attractively set in Sapporo, Keio Prelia Hotel Sapporo features a buffet breakfast and free WiFi. The hotel was more than what we expected. Since we entered the hotel, we loved the modern building design. The lift, aisle, room was also very clean, plus the pajamas they provide was super comfortable. Even the public facilities (laundry, locker, gym, public bath) are also super clean and cozy. The breakfast was nice, all the ingredients feels fresh, and do try the cheese topping freshly served by the chef, natural honey dropping from the comb. The room cleaner also cleans very well every day, and they are very careful to customer's belonging, as once i put trash in a tied closed plastic bag, they are very careful so they leave me a note about not sure to take away the plastic bag or not, and if i want to dispose then they will be ready to pick it up anytime. To add up, we really appreciate their gesture of providing free flow drinks placed on a neat table setting, such a nice gesture especially after we got back from walking in snow.

Opened in June 2017, Ten to Ten Hostel is set in Sapporo, 500 metres from Hokkaido University. Check-in is self-service on the tablet at the front desk. Spacious. Good value for money. Accommodating staff.

Offering direct access from JR Sapporo Train Station, JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo offers accommodations with free Wi-Fi and wired internet. Service is excellent. The concierge service gives the best restaurant reommendations. Also, after stay service is great - I left my electric toothbrush in the room after check-out, and didn't realise until more than 12 hours later when I had returned home. Not only did they manage to locate the toothbrush, they are arranging for it to be sent to a friend of mine in Japan, who will be safe keeping it for me. A great experience, all in all!

HOTEL MYSTAYS Sapporo Aspen is a 4-star hotel offering 2 in-house restaurants, massage services and free WiFi in all areas. The hotel is very close to Sapporo station, around 5-10 minutes walk away. There’s a Seico right down the street if you need any quick snacks, but they included water bottles in the fridge in my room. The staff were kind and welcoming, and they explained everything well during check-in. There’s free toiletries, which includes razors, shower caps, toothbrushes, and skin products (facial wash, toner, facial cream)! I liked how clean and organized the lobby and halls were, and I never had to wait long for the elevator. They also have a Yamato luggage forwarding counter, so you can easily ship your luggages to your next destination in Japan. The room itself was spacious, the night robes were comfortable, shower worked great, and the beds and pillows were so comfy. This was my group’s favorite hotel during our 2 week trip across Japan, and it wasn’t even the most expensive (Tokyo was). Definitely choose this hotel if you want to have a great time in Sapporo. They have great service and the quality for what you pay is great.
