One of our favourite hotels in Tokyo. Staff are very good, friendly and easy to communicate with. Easy check in and out and you can leave your bags after checkout for the day. Short walk to several subway stations and a 15 min walk to Shimbashi with lots of restaurants. Room was larger than standard hotel rooms in Tokyo (which are typically very small). Bed was comfortable with 2 pillows each provided. Great selection of toiletries provided free in the bathroom. Really liked the free tea provided in the lobby and dried fruit snacks. Will definitely stay again.

The location is the best for Ginza area. The room we got is Executive Double room. It fits our family of 3 perfectly. Although, the hotel does not have buffet breakfast, they delivered breakfast in the wooden box to your room. We found that it is very convenience. Hotel does not have car park, but there is a paid parking nearby. Staff was vey nice during check in and check out. Hotel also has the restuarant guidebook that is very helpful.
