It’s our 3rd time in this hotel. Location is great, close to the metro and easy for taxi and uber pickup and drop off. The staff is SUPER friendly and always kind, attention to detail (cake and welcome wine), rooms are comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Cleaning staff is friendly and also very effective and respectful.

We decided to treat ourselves for a few days after very intense week seeing the sights of Lisbon and were not disappointed. Young, enthusiastic, friendly and committed staff with excellent costumer service ethic made our visit a pleasure. Rooftop pool and bar made a great oasis from the buzz of the city below. Nightly light show very novel and obviously a great source of pride for the staff. Rooms and decor modern and very well designed. Highly recommended, we certainly got the treat and the rest we were looking for!
