Wonderful experience - the a la carte breakfast in the gorgeous dining room was the absolute best. Hotel has loads of atmosphere and the lounge, complete with roaring fire, was perfect after a day out exploring NYC in the wintry weather. Rooms on the small side, but that is par for the course in NYC and perfectly laid out within their small footprint. The daily cookies and water were very much appreciated. Would definitely return.

We loved the bar lounge and staff so much, our favourite evening spot!

Localizado na área de Lower Manhattan, o Leon está a 1,2 km do bairro Soho e a 1,4 km da Ponte do Brooklyn. Cleanliness: The property/room/common areas were generally clean. Location: The location is close to many subway stations and right in Chinatown. It's quite central and feels safe. Even as a solo traveler, I didn’t have any safety issues even late at night. It’s also within walking distance to Soho. The room I stayed in (Room 302) had an amazing bridge view. The location is really excellent. Hotel Amenities: The bed in the room was very comfortable. The hotel has areas where you can get drinking water and hot water. The WiFi connection was good. The staff was also helpful. Especially Ricardo at the front desk was very kind and hospitable. I've seen him helping everyone during the nights I stayed, and I truly think he deserves a raise.

O ambiente e localização era muito bom O único ponto negativo é o pequeno almoço: apenas uma bebida à escolha da lista e um bolo (dentro da pouca variedade que tinham).

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by David, one of the most genuine and caring hotel staff members I’ve ever encountered. He took the time to walk us up to the room himself, just to make sure we were happy and comfortable, a small gesture that made a huge impact. He was incredibly patient and accommodating, and thanks to him, our stay was just incredible. At Sonder we didn’t feel like tourists, we genuinely felt like locals living in New York. The location is great, peaceful and authentic, away from the chaos of midtown, but still very easy to reach by metro, even from the airport. Our room had absolutely breathtaking views, we could see both Lower Manhattan (with the WTC) and Midtown (including the ESB). The room itself was cozy, full of thoughtful boutique style touches, and the double shower heads were a lovely surprise. After trying several hotels in NYC, this one was by far our favorite. We can’t wait to return.

O Manhattan Bowery Lodge está situado em Nova York, a 400 m do bairro Little Italy e a 1,3 km da Ponte do Brooklyn. We always had clean towels to use for the community bathrooms. There was never a time where a bathroom was unusable due to uncleanliness. During our week stay, the staff had to interact with a guest and enforce a 4 guest per room rule which we thought was very fair. Considering the size of the rooms, close proximity to other rooms, there should be no more than 4 including visitors per room… They truly care about creating a good experience for your stay. Plus, there were NO bugs! Zero.
