I first stayed in this hotel in the late 90’s. The rooms are big, clean and comfy. Special shout out to Deborah who was really sweet and went out of her way! Lovely! They had a great check in service. The bed was great for my back as I've had back surgery and the bed caused no pain. It was clean, smelled fresh and I liked that they had a easy to use safe to protect your valuables. It was was right next to Starbucks and a 24 hour pharmacy as well as close to Columbus Circle shops and metro and Central Park. It was a perfect place to stay with my family and I'd stay there again. It also was in a very safe feeling neighborhood. Loved it.
