We booked 4 apartmenrs at this property for a group of 12 family members: two 3-bedroom, 3-bath apartments, one 2-bedroom, 2-bath, and one 1-bedroom, 1-bath. They were all gorgeous! The apartments are comfortable, clean, well-decorated, well-equipped, and, above all, spacious. It is amazing to have this kind of space in a hotel with a restaurant, pool, and 24-hour front desk. We LOVED the location. You are just steps from the ocean and even fewer steps from stop #9 for the hop-on hop-off bus. Regent Street in front of the hotel is lined with restaurants, including an ice cream shop, and a huge Spar grocery store is just steps away adjacent to a mall with ATMs. We felt perfectly safe walking this street even at night. The staff took care of everything we needed, including arranging a transfer back to the airport for our group. I can't comment on the restaurant because I never ate there. Since the rooms have a full kitchen, I made my own breakfast there. I highly recommend this property for the spacious apartments, location, and efficient staff. If you would enjoy the space and amenities of an apartment, you will love Latitude!

We had the deluxe room "Valencia" on the ground floor which was perfect for us. The price was great with such good value for our money. Breakfast was lovely -- cooked to order for us. We would absolutely return and recommend this sweet little property located along the coast in Cape Town. Thank you.

Great location close to the beach and many restaurants, really nice setting and comfortable room, great hosts who let me stay in the room most of the day until my flight, nice breakfast.

O on Kloof offers elegant suites and rooms just 1969 feet away from the beach. It features an indoor swimming pool. The stylish and innovative rooms impress with their attention to detail.

The breakfast was good and great value for the money. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We stayed in Suite 5, and the view was lovely. We loved the hot tub and the private sun deck.

Joe had thought of every detail, the guesthouse was perfect! Joe met us on arrival and gave us lots of information about the local area and also ensured that we knew how everything worked within the apartment. Seapoint is a great base for exploring Cape Town and I would highly recommend Mountview Spa and Guesthouse

Very pleasent stay. I would probably welcome in room kettle, but then, staff were very helpful. Very quite area, I had perfect sleep over my stay.
