United StatesThe onsen was very clean and often empty of other guests, and we used it several times. The room was small but clean and perfectly met all of our needs. The hotel is entirely shoes-free. Small (free) ice cream was fun to enjoy in the evening. Free laundry washing machine and small charge for dryer was really helpful. Clothes were dried very quickly.

CanadaExcellent location for train connection and loop buses. Very helpful staff. Fresh and tasty breakfast selections. Onsen and sauna facilities comfortable and easy to use. Thank you!

The hotel in Kanazawa had a amazing breakfast with fresh seafood donburi, tempura, lots of japanese options. The onsen was great, as was the manga library.
