He knows a lot about Shimane, where to go, best way to get there, how much it costs as well as how long it will take. His English is also very good. He is easy to communicate with. The rooms are spacious and open. Although you in a city, it feels like a countryside villa. There is a small Japanese style garden in the back. The location is convenient. Multiple elevators for quick access to any floor. Free amenities (toothbrush etc.), free snacks and manga to read in the hot springs. Large, multiple spring baths with different temperature.
