What a great breakfast for the price, and easy walking distance to everything in Edinburgh! We enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast. Not a 5 star hotel, but definitely a nice hotel, and you get more than what you pay for, and a quiet part of town :)

The property is near at the city center and it’s possible to visit the city to walk.

Fairytale room, friendly and very helpfull staff and amazing location

The family room for 4 was spacious & clean. Very conveniently located ext to bus stop .

The bed was big and confortable

It was clean and the staff was friendly. The room was big enough for a couple. It felt like a hotel, quiet and cozy. Location is good. The bus station is only 10min away. You need 15 min by foot to Scott monument or Calton hill (recommend for everyone, its a really short walk up). We enjoyed a little walk next to castle to main street (20-30 min to Royal mile, Victoria street (Diagon alley) or to Greyfriars Kirkyard).

Big, clean and comfortable family room, with all the necessary amenities (fridge, microwave, kettle) . Great location, you can have different options of public transport, with one bus stop almost in front and others bus and tram stop very close. Bathroom perfectly cleaned . Good quality of towels, sheets and toilet paper. With free parking .

The location was ideal 1st stop on the orange express bus right beside Edinburgh zoo. Bus stop outside the door also had other buses into the city in 15 20 mins. Bathroom immaculate, room itself had 2 double beds that were very comfortable. I requested a quiet room away from restaurant area and was given a perfect spot. We opened the window in the morning and heard monkeys chattering from across the way in the zoo :-) but no noise during the night when the windows were closed. I turned on Air con unit working during the night with fan setting which wasn't loud but nice white noise for the children. Lovely stay and would definitely go back.

Location, Location, Location! Was in Edinburgh trying to find a flat for a new job. Great, to see the historic areas of Old Town and still be on good bus route to get to various areas to view properties. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

It is a new hotel and a bit quirky in the decor and in an amazing position a short stroll from the castle the royal mile and restaurants… the staff also were amazing so helpful we had a 5.30am leave and they asked the night before if we would like a coffee to take in the taxi … we did and it was waiting for us

The location is exceptional. Right in the middle of the old town, right under the Edinburgh castle. The room was clean, newly and nice decorated, with big smart tv. The bathroom was big with warm water. The view in the Grassmmarket square was beautiful. Highly recommend for the location, and the good value of money.

Everything was absolutely exceptional and in perfect condition. The attention to detail is astounding and the service was amazing. Perfect location. Felt like stepping back in time yet with modern facilities. Cannot wait to return!

Amazing view to the castle. Great service by Ethan. Amazing breakfast experience. The room was always nicely cleaned and the location of the hotel is great. It was also great to have some break from the city and enjoy the pool and sauna.

1- location 2- room clean 3- ( ERWIN) is the best staff in reception very kind and polite and help us too much.

An amazing experience, beautiful hotel, every little detail was obviously olanned to perfection. Staff charling and the welcome from the two lovely dogs. Dream place surrounded by amazing nature.
