Everything was just perfect! The location is very close to the Xihu and the Hefangjie, also close to shopping malls. The staff were super friendly and helpful, helped us with luggage storage and all my Taobao orders. Also they let us checkout 2 hours later than usual. The room facilities were impressive, all super clean and well-furnished.The mattress was so comfortable!

the hotel is located in a fantastic neighborhood close to the famous west lake, there are also a lot of shopping malls nearby with many good restaurants. Around a 3 minute walk from the hotel there is a famous night market. When I arrived at the hotel the staff was very nice and helpful, the check in process went very quickly. Everything in the hotel was very clean. Overall my experience at lemon hotel in Hangzhou was very pleasant, and I will surely visit again.
