The hotel is also located on a beautiful road really close to a subway station and within walking distance of the Kuanzhai Alleys. Rooms were modern and made us of technology well. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was a nice spread of both Western and Chinese stapled, with the option to have a fresh bowl of soup noodles made for you!

We loved the staff who were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived from the train and helped us to order a taxi 🚕 All the staff were helpful and polite including the cleaning team. Also, the facilities in the room are excellent. High quality presumably Chinese (‘Japanese-style’) toilets in rooms, seperate toilet and shower (such a sensible design!)

It was a great first place to stay for my first time visiting China. The staff are friendly and helpful, the cleaners keep the place tidy, there are plenty of sitting areas such as the bar on the first floor and the lounge on second floor for relaxing and socializing as well as playing games like pool. I would recommend this place to all travellers, the price is fair, location is convenient, friendly and helpful staff, and an overall feeling of comfort.

Featuring a fitness centre and 2 restaurants, Niccolo Chengdu is located just a 7-minute walk from Chunxi Road metro station. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. It also houses a wedding hall at 8th floor of the hotel. The Niccolo Chengdu is perfectly located right next to Taikoo Li, an upscale open-air shopping area that also includes the Da'ci Temple. It's also conveniently connected to the IFS (huge shopping mall). The service was excellent—attentive and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious, and included nightly turndown service, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom was also generously sized. The concierge service stood out, with Jon providing outstanding assistance in organizing all of our attraction bookings. Highly recommended!
