Very nice rooms. Wonderful staff. Quaint inn. We were able to drop off luggage early which was great and they took luggage to the room for us. Also, staff found us a taxi when ours canceled at the last minute. Food was delicious-had dinner in their restaurant.

This is quite honestly one of the best places we have stayed and we have stayed in a lot of places. The room was lovely with a gorgeous big bathroom with a bath and the bed really comfortable. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and when I left my necklace in the room, they emailed me and kept it safe for pick up. The food is delicious and service attentive. An added bonus is the garden- a lovely space to be in. Well done Butcombe, you've done it again 👏

Caroline and Colin are lovely, friendly hosts who made us feel very welcome. Our room and bathroom were beautifully clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed the peaceful location and all the little touches. Would highly recommend.
