The restaurant staff were simply fantastic. The manager was so genuinely friendly and made us feel welcome every single night. A special shout-out to our waitress, Mikaela, who was the epitome of professionalism. She anticipated our every need and made each dinner a truly delightful experience. And to the entire kitchen team and chef, thank you for the delicious and creative menus that kept us excited for dinner each evening! Our personal highlight was definitely the spa. The essential oil baths were next level, and we can't thank Federico enough for creating such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. He is a true star, and we will absolutely be back to Hotel Tofana just for his amazing spa treatments. Really comfortable room when with kids, sliding door separating the kids sleeping area from the rest of the room, very well thought through.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ciampedie Luxury Alpine SPA Hotel in Vigo di Fassa, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the Funivie Catinaccio, which takes you to the stunning Ciampedie basin in another 5 minutes, the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the breathtaking surroundings. From the moment we arrived, the personnel were exceptional. The reception and concierge team were welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process seamless. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff, from the bar and restaurant to the SPA, was friendly, professional, and always available to assist. Their dedication to providing top-notch service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel also offers guided hikes with a mid-mountain guide from Monday to Saturday, which are included in the price. These hikes were a wonderful way to explore the local area and take in the natural beauty. Additionally, we rented e-bikes for a day and spent a few amazing hours cycling up to Canazei. The experience and views were incredible, making it one of the highlights of our trip. Thanks a lot, Daniele! The restaurant staff (Raffaele, Saverio, Matteo… all of them) deserve special mention. They were superlative! Always impeccable, they provided a personable experience, treating everyone like they were special and remembering what each guest liked the most. The restaurant itself serves delicious cuisine, beautifully presented and made with high-quality ingredients. Riccardo, at the bar, was equally impressive, mixing delightful cocktails and creating a warm atmosphere to unwind in the evenings. The SPA facilities are world-class, offering a serene escape with a variety of treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated. There are some places that exceed the hype and this is one of them! A truly amazing experience in a tranquil pine forest retreat with outstanding heated pool and enhanced by the amazing food and hospitality. Things that surprise me in a very positive way: - the food was outstanding! Besides the gourmet style daily dinner the lunch was surprisingly also amazing. In some occasions I even enjoyed more the lunch to the dinner as the food was more authentic in a more laid down vibe. The grill lunch was one of those days! Just perfection! Klaus knows what he is doing (just a pity he cannot speak English! Maybe another member of the staff should join him). - Wine and cocktails. I must say all the complementary coktails were very impressive both in authenticity and in flavour! The wine list is also high standards. - the pool. Not only it is beautiful and pristine clean but the water is at perfect warm temperature and the size big enough for real proper swimming! Impressive! - tranquility of the grounds mainly in the sauna areas. - top notch quality of the complimentary electric bikes. - staff polite and pro active. I would like to highlight the professionalism of Lorenza, Alexandre and Christian.
