They even decorated the room with some balloons on my birthday (on request from my boyfriend).

The staff kindly accommodated our very late arrival and made us feel so welcome in spite of the hour. The space is open and inviting, tastefully modern and minimalist, and using natural fibers, stone and woods in the design. All the accessories from cooking facilites to mini-bar are artfully on display. Breakfast is served just beyond the tranquil pool, and is fresh and wholesome. Guadeloupe at reception enthusiastically encouraged us to explore the two sister properties and called ahead so that we could enjoy the 100 meter pool at the elegant Hotel Milam. All in all, our experiences in the properties, which are surrounded by beautiful natural features and gardens, far exceeded our expectations.

The whole setting was beautiful in the middle of the lush rainforest and in the middle of Parque del Jaguar (go visit the Mundo Maya museum). The pool was wonderful as well and the room was wonderfully decorated. A nice retreat from the busy Zone Hotelera. The location is also perfect. Within a couple of minutes, you are at the parking near the museum or the ruinas where you can walk or take the electric buses to the public beaches You are also not far from Old Tulum where you also have a couple of very nice restaurants.
