I stayed at this hotel for about two weeks and had a very comfortable experience overall. The staff are genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive. When I mentioned I was sick, they thoughtfully offered complimentary ginger, lemon, and honey tea, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was good, and the team were always happy to give helpful suggestions, both inside and outside the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well suited for a longer stay, with plenty of storage space. Housekeeping was attentive and generous with coffee, tea, and toiletries. The location is excellent — close to the mall, which is easy to reach on foot during the day. The shuttle service was well organized and reliable when arranged in advance, and especially convenient in the evenings, as the walk can be quite dark at night.
