Suites Mendibil is wonderful! Located in a neighborhood, the property is very quiet yet a two minute walk to downtown Irun. The suite has a nicely furnished living room to relax, a large bedroom with a dreamy comfortable bed and high quality linens and a sparkling clean modern bathroom. Everything has been carefully designed and impeccably maintained for guests. Likewise, the shared kitchen is well equipped and breakfast was delightful. The hosts, Romy and Jesús are so welcoming and happy that we wished they could travel onward with us. Because Romy speaks many languages, she is able to provide helpful area information as well. Better than excellent!!

Stayed for 1 night but I would definitely stay here again. I recommend! Nice, helpful reception. Near the train station, grocery store. It wasn't too noisy with it being near the trains. Had a comfortable stay. The room and washroom were clean. Beds comfortable. Building has an elevator. We were able to leave our luggage at reception, for Correos to pick up, as we are doing the Camino.
