The staff were amazing! Everyone was very kind and helpful. They are not there 24/7 which is nice- it kind of feels like a community home. It is blocks away from all of the main attractions which was convenient. Also be away that it is quite noisy because of this. It was not a problem for us though- it is very quiet at night. The bed was comfy and the shower was amazing. We ended up purchasing a similar shower head for our apartment back in NY because we liked it so much. There is a communal kitchen and everyone respected our drinks/food. We had a great stay and will absolutely return.

Had such a great experience at this hotel! The staff were always lovely, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself is immaculate with beautiful design touches that make it feel really special.
The room was comfortable, though it could use a bit more storage—especially a drying bar for towels in the bathroom. Breakfast wasn’t quite to my taste, but I found an amazing local café just around the corner that I ended up loving.
The rooftop pool was a highlight—such a relaxing spot with great views. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which made it perfect for a restful stay. I would definitely come

We were very impressed by the friendly reception we received we had asked to store a bag while we went hiking and this really helped us out. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. The receptionist gave great suggestions of where to eat with locals and the rooftop terrace was huge and a nice place to hang out after dinner.

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
The apartment is on a great location, next to Setas de Sevilla, in the city center. A beautiful view and an attraction right at the entrance to the building. Quiet and tidy building. The apartment is comfortable, very well equipped and the furniture is comfortable. We received detailed instructions from the host. We enjoyed our stay.
What a great stay! Lovely boutique hotel in a great location, just a short walk to the city center. Staff are wonderful as well! The rooms are on the smaller side, so it's an intimate stay. But really charming and chic. Highly recommend!
Great location and lovely host. Super-clean, comfortable and charming place in an excellent location. Quiet even in Holy Week. Would be delighted to return.
A modern, quiet apartment in a great location in the city centre. The apartment was spotless, and had everything we needed. There are lots of shops, restuarants and a covered market nearby, and it's easy to walk everywhere from the flat. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The host was very approachable, attentive and incredibly nice to us. His suggestions for places to eat were absolutely perfect! We loved being so close to everything, and yet being in a very quiet spot too. Thank you for everything!
Paco is a great host, this historic place is getting put together nicely by him and his staff.
Beds are comfortable and the area is quiet and semi rural.
Mercadona is within a walking distance
Train is better from Hercules station (local) and not Bellavista (intercity) as there is more trains and ticket is cheaper to and from Sevilla.
Paco is happy to provide shuttle service if needed. I saw cool people staying here and wish to come back!
We liked everything - first of all, Stephan is a great host, he gave us a lot of useful and excellent tips about Seville. The apartment is great, it has everything you may need and it is on a great location from where you can walk to city centre and is also easily accessible by car plus it has a garage. This is pure 10, both for host and the apartment!
Lovely quiet boutique hotel with beautiful outside areas. Everything tastefully decorated. The hosts could not do enough to assist us, they made us feel very welcome. Nice quiet location not far from the city centre.
Triana was a fabulous apartment-very spacious. Great location just across the bridge from all the attractions. Very quiet for peaceful sleep.Eva was a great host always attentive. Tripico tapas 2 minute walk is a must; awesome food and wine. Would certainly recommend this stay. Loved
