Mini bar option but with free bottled water and fresh milk for tea and coffee. Excellent en-suite bathroom with big fluffy towels and powerful shower. Beautiful smelling free shampoo, bodywash and soaps. Continental breakfast included with ingredients from local producers and hung on the outside of the door in the morning, great idea! Cooked breakfast option for an extra fee. Hairdryer, coffee machine and kettle provided. Very clean and well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Small bookable parking bay.

WE were greeted by really friendly staff at the bar, who quickly found details of our reservation and took us to our rooms. We ate in the restaurant, which offered nicely presented food at a decent price. Our steaks were cooked very well and served alongside proper chips. The team here works well together and the staff were all really helpful, pointing out historical details about the region. Our rooms were very comfortable with good facilities (tea and coffee) and were surprisingly quiet (this being a Saturday night). Our breakfasts were very good (eggs Benedict) and served quickly. Plentiful car parking.
