The host is very responsive on the booking,.com chat to respond to questions. In advance, she provided a property manual with instructions to access and enjoy the property. She was very warm and offered to pick up some basic foods to stock upon arrival. We had a full house at the property and she provided additional linens. She even offered to refresh the bathroom daily. Most importantly, she m ade herself available for a quick videochat on whatsapp to ensure a smooth arrival and answered any questions we had in advance.

    This is a little gem. Very characterful property with charming bedrooms and plenty of space. We had our dog stay and she was made very welcome. Very comfy bed and fabulous shower in our room. Very clean and well presented. Very conveniently located for the old town of Le Mans, a short stroll away, which is fabulous. A super breakfast with all you would expect.

    A really delightful b&b. Very clean and spacious with quirky decor. Sylvie and Xavier were the perfect hosts. Sylvie speaks excellent English and was very patient with our poor French. Breakfast was delicious! Would love to have stayed longer.
