I love everything about it overall the service was impeccable - (1) its location within Imerovigli is away from the “busy” area so it’s a hidden gem with its unique tranquility, yet everything is within walking distance. It is facing the east so you could enjoy the amazing sunrise all the yourself (2) The whole team is dedicated to make our stay as comfortable as they could. We arrived quite late on our first night, yet we were greeted by them personally who made sure we are all settled. (3) The breakfast was spectacular. It was hand-delivered to us in two giant baskets everyday at a time designated by us. The freshly squeezed orange juice was amazing. They also offered different types of pastry every day. We could tell that a lot of efforts were put into the breakfast. Once they knew that I liked sunny-side-up eggs, my morning was blessed with perfectly cooked fried-eggs (4) The host was the property was easily contactable on WhatsApp and he was super-responsive. We even felt sorry for bothering him too much. (5) The van they used for airport transfer was at another level - spacious, clean and even came with a mini-table. (6) I have to particularly mention that the host offered to do a bag of laundry for me, and I was really impressed by the hospitality.

It was absolutely beautiful, the workers were amazing at keeping everything clean and tidy aswell as the landscaping. Sofia the manager was an angel, along with all of the other staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. It was so peaceful and exactly what we needed, I wish I could rate this place 10/10 50 times over! So blessed to have been able to stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Luxus VIP. The host Anastasia was very kind, provided all information about the area and was ready to help at any time. The room was clean and well designed. The view from the balcony took our breathes. Every morning tasty breakfast was served according to our order. The location is great. But be aware of lots of tourists trying to take photos at the spot.

First of all the room was very clean and neat. It was so peacefully and quiet in Kartérados. Eleni was a wonderful host and she helped us with everything. Finding private transfers and good restaurants and she even booked us a wonderful trip on a catamaran. It was a holiday to remember and I hope to come back someday. The villa provides sea views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. I sent email couples times before but she didn't reply. She replied immediately on phone messenger instead. You need a car for going out, otherwise I just ask the manager to arrange a mini van to our family. We found an excellent restaurant up the hill called Metaxi Mas, it's just 5-8mins walking distance. My husband and I walked down the hill to a supermarket called Sklavenitis, we got some local yogurts, snacks and fruits there.

Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the villa is soundproof and has a hot tub. Staying at the cave suite was a wonderful experience. Loved the aesthetics, the facilities, and the location. The hot bath with jacuzzi is a perfect relaxing way to end the day. Bonus points for daily cleaning services. The suite is right around the corner from the Megalochori square. The shops and restaurants there are open till midnight. Parking is just a few minutes walk away. Maria, who welcomed us upon our arrival, was very warm and friendly and always available for anything we needed.

Guests can enjoy a meal on an outdoor dining area while overlooking the quiet street views. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Very nice and clean facility, properly maintained environment close to a main road but not at the road itself so you do not have the traffic noise on your terrace which by the way gives you a nice view to the sea. Talking about the owners, I don’t even know how to find the right words to explain how kind Matthew and Andrew are and how perfect they’re running their business and treating their guest’s in the most kind and best imaginable way. If you have a whatever question you’ll for sure get a quick reply including several options to choose out of. If you don’t want to stay in some downtown area but still want to be in a about 10-15 minutes distance to Fira & Oia and maybe 15-20 minutes to Kamari, this is the place to be. I highly recommend this House and hope once I’m coming back again it will be available.
