The staff were really friendly and helpful. We arrived super early (6am ish) from an overnight bus journey and although the room wasn’t ready yet and it was hours before check in, we were allowed to use in the communal area - very comfortable sofa, tv, kitchen etc. We had a coffee and a nice rest whilst waiting and were able to store luggage! Good location. Different stuff happening and themed nights, a good place to meet. re people! It had a nice homely feel to it :) would highly recommend.
