Very new and clean. The common area was also very nice and we hung out there a lot. Made some new friends and the staff was very nice. Location was good about 20 min walk to the center of Alicante. Would def stay again and 100% recommend to anyone

The room was cozy with bright colours and art as well as a little balcony. I definetely enjoyed my stay. Location is great near the beach and city center. The area is filled with restaurants, and grocery stores are also walking distance.
