It's beautiful, comfy, and really clean. Sanae San is an amazing host, very kind and organized. The fact that it's a women-only guesthouse also makes it a safer place for us to feel fully at home. Also, very well connected because Koenji station is just 10 minutes walking. I would definitely come back. I recommend Sanae's San breakfast!!! It was delicious.

Isa is a great host and I'd recommend if you want a safe, quiet place to return to after busy travels!
