** COVID Cancellations/Changes ** We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons. If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates. Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc. ** About the home ** "Absolutely Beach" is an extremely well designed and presented home. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: ** Indoor Areas ** The living area features a large, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious, sunlit dining space with its own giant Smart TV, and separate lounge area, also with a Smart TV, a DVD player (and 40+ DVD's) and a PlayStation 3 with games. The master bedroom (with its own TV) has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share the main bathroom and the separate toilet. ** Outdoor Areas ** The front & rear yards are fully enclosed and there is a sheltered, private deck featuring a gas BBQ, a quality outdoor setting, and an outdoor shower with hot & cold water. The garage is not accessible to guests but there is parking for 2 cars in the driveway or plenty of room to park a boat. Please note there is a security camera in the driveway. It does not view any private areas in the home. ** Kitchen ** The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, MAP coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and 5-burner gas cook top. ** Heating/Cooling Systems ** The living area and lounge rooms each have a reverse cycle split system and there are ceiling fans in Bedroom 1 and the outdoor area. ** Bedding Configuration ** "Absolutely Beach" is set up to sleep up to 8 guests: Bedroom 1: One Queen bed Bedroom 2: One Queen bed Bedroom 3: One set of tri-bunks The living area also contains a fold-out double divan suitable for one adult or two children ** Linen ** A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service. ** Peak Periods ** Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. ** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies ** Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
