This is a secluded and sheltered 4 bedroom unit with magnificent views, overlooking Deadman's Beach. The unit is a 5 minute coastal walk to Cylinder Beach, a 7 minute walk to the hotel and restaurant and a 15 minute walk to the headlands of Point Lookout. Shops and public transport are a short walk. Top level has three bedrooms and a bathroom, toilet and separate bathroom. Mid level is lounge kitchen and dining with balcony facing North East and the lower level is garage, laundry (top-load washing machine), There is a separate 2nd shower/toilet and fourth bedroom with twin King Single beds that can also be joined to make a king bed if needed on the ground level. Features: 4 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Singles, 2 King Singles that can also be joined to make a king bed and 1 Bunk), lock up garage. Linen Supplied for bookings made after 1/12/18, NB Beds are not made and linen may have to be returned to our office when returning keys. No Pets Allowed.
