A Perfect Stay was created as a result of our highly successful holiday accommodation business, Byron Bay Holiday Rentals, which was founded in 2004 in the Byron Shire. Initially operating in and around the Byron Bay region, the demand for expansion into other areas became apparent and A Perfect Stay was born. This charming Byron beach house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the main house and studio. It’s ideal for 8 guests and their well-behaved pets to relax on the deck overlooking the pool. The air-conditioned open-plan living/kitchen area has lofty ceilings and fully retractable doors providing a seamless flow for indoor-outdoor living. Bedrooms feature polished wood flooring, white walls and high ceilings with fans. It’s where historic charm meets beach retreat! Please note, a security camera was installed at Aditi, however, it has been completely disconnected. Wires remain in one cupboard inside the property, but the device is non-operational. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).

Byron Bay beaches are 1km from your holiday cottage with golden sands, rolling surf and coastal walks within sight of the famous lighthouse. Hike up Lighthouse Loop for stunning views or whale watching, a popular pastime for visitors between May and October. Nearby Arakwal National Park is a peaceful haven for wildlife and birds.
