This beautifully furnished and equipped, air conditioned beach house is set high above the beach with stunning views from virtually every room. It is located off an easement from a quiet cul de sac and has total privacy. This house is perfect for three couples as it has three separate bedroom/living areas. The master bedroom is located off the main living/kitchen/dining area, The second bedroom and sitting area is located downstairs and there is also a third self contained bedroom on the lower level which has its own entrance (if required). There is a large deck with bbq off the living area and smaller decks on the lower levels off each room. Free WIFI Features: Free WIFI , 3 bedrooms (3 Queen), air conditioning , 3 bathrooms (one with bath), separate toilet off the living area, gas cooktop, electric oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, front load washing machine, dryer, gas bbq, outdoor furnishings, flat screen colour TV, DVDplayer, ipod dock, double lock up garage. Linen Supplied for bookings made after 1/12/18, NB Beds are not made and linen may have to be returned to our office when returning keys. No Pets Allowed
