Perfect house for large families or two families holidaying together. There is a large upper deck overlooking tranquil bushland. Close to all Point Lookout beaches. Upper level: Master bedroom (queen) with ensuite, 2 x bedrooms with 2 singles in each, large kitchen and lounge/entertainment area, two bathrooms (1 with bath tub). Lower level: Master bedroom (queen) and 2nd bedroom with 2 singles, lounge/entertainment area. Features: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, extra kitchenette,microwave, 2 fridges, Nespresso Coffee Machine (bring your own pods), 2 TV's, DVD player Property accessed via a steep driveway. Property is not screened. No Pets Allowed SPECIAL NOTE: Last minute weekend stays are available, please check with Ray White Straddie. Linen Supplied for bookings made after 1/12/18, NB Beds are not made and linen may have to be returned to our office when returning keys.
