** COVID Cancellations/Changes ** We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons. If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates. Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc. ** About the home ** Located just an eight minute drive from the Rhyll marina and boat ramp, "Amazing Views" is in an ideal position for boating and fishing enthusiasts. There are few things more peaceful and relaxing than listening the roar of the surf and watching the ocean waves roll in, and if this is your idea of what a seaside holiday should be like, then "Amazing Views" is the ideal location for your next holiday. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: ** Indoor Areas ** Upstairs, the open plan kitchen/dining/living area opens into the master bedroom, a shared bathroom and a glass walled sun room. The stunning views (from which the home derives its name) are able to be enjoyed from the living room, sun room and master bedroom. Downstairs, the living area opens into two more bedrooms, a shared bathroom and laundry. ** Outdoor Areas ** The upstairs deck allows uninterrupted 180 degree water views. The wide driveway and single carport, offers off-street parking for a couple of cars and a boat. ** Kitchen ** The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, slow cooker, grill, etc. plus a double sink, large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top. ** Heating/Cooling Systems ** The upstairs living area has a reverse cycle split system and there are wall heaters in all 3 bedrooms & both living areas. ** Bedding Configuration ** "Amazing Views" is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 9: Bedroom 1 (upstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 2 (downstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 3 (downstairs): One set of Tri-bunks, consisting of a lower Queen and an upper single. There is also a Queen size fold-out divan in the downstairs living area suitable for 2 adults or children ** Linen ** A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service. ** Peak Periods ** Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. ** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies ** Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
