My stay at Arcadia House was a pleasure. The location is ideal, an 10/15 min walk into the main town and one straight road down to the beach. The location is in a nice residential area so it’s peaceful and quiet at the night. The room was spacious with two comfy seats with a small table. Also included was a hair dryer, kettle, tv, air con and ceiling fan, The bed was really comfy as well. I had a shared bathroom down the corridor which was never an issue it was never occupied when I needed it so it wasn’t a hassle in any way. There were amenities included as well, tea, coffee and cold water in the fridge. Emma was always prompt in her replies and happy to accommodate me arriving early to the place, the offer of storing my bags was also provided on the day of me leaving. Highly recommend!

Quiet location, the sound of the birds was great. Bed was excellent, and the whole feel was relaxed - something no longer evident in a lot of Byron.

Bed was SO comfortable and great bath! We LOVED this stay in Byron Bay. It’s a small walk to town but lovely neighborhood. They had fresh cold water available and everything was perfect.

Pleasantly surprised by this place, we thought given the affordable price point, in comparison to most places in Byron, that it was going to be average, but wow were we wrong! the Cockatoo room we were allocated was so comfortable, with plush bedding, fan and air con, spacious and even came with a private bathroom (unexpected bonus). Thoughtful touches like cool water and beach towels made for a 10/10 stay, there’s nothing more we could ask for! Perfect location too, just 10 min stroll to the main strip! Thank you Emma, highly recommend to anyone interested in a cost effective option for Byron, you won’t regret it!

Easy place to stay in Byron Bay. Walking distance from downtown. Spacious rooms and helpful to have fridge available too. I liked being able to sit out on the porch.

The bed was so comfortable, the room was well maintained except for a small crack in the window. Emma (and the other guy that I dont know the name of) were very helpfu, we had problems with tv reception and the came almost straight away to help. The bathroom tiles were heated, and the room was vers spacious. Town was only a 5 min walk away. And that bed... I'm going to miss that bed, it was like sleeping on a cloud.
