I stayed in one of the new studio cabins.
I stayed in one of the new studio cabins. It was really well set out and had everything that I needed, along with beautiful crisp white sheets and fluffy towels. It was a very pleasant stay and the hotel staff were all helpful and friendly. It’s also in a very good position right on the beach and a short walk to Cowes township.
Definitely worth a visit!

Stayed at North Pier Hotel .
Stayed at North Pier Hotel . We booked family room which comes with an outdoor patio. Great location. Within walking distance to family friendly beach and restaurants. We had the best lamb curry in Chocolate Factory cafe. Not spicy, lamb was tender, suitable for kids. Love the fish and chips!! We purchased bundle pass which comes with Penguin Parade, Churchil Island (picnic area, picturesque view, Highlander cow), Koala Conservation (spotted lots of koala on the trees while walking on boardwalk). Highly recommended these places of interest.

I am sending these 2 photos as on the screen shot you see I paid for a studio with patio and balcony and all I got was this pod for $500 per night.
They lied about what my accommodation was to you.
Probably because they had a big group staying as well they decided to shove me down in a "trades pod".
Unacceptable! They need to give me a refund and booking.com can't trust them in the future!
Thanks Kerry
The property was perfect for our situation; a weekend away with our three adult daughters, son-in-law, and our two year old granddaughter. Our eldest daughter, her husband and granddaughter had the master bedroom at the front of the house, and we occupied the three bedrooms at the rear of the house. The house, including bedrooms, was spacious, immaculately clean, child friendly (with books and toys), well heated and generally exceptionally well presented. We did not use the outdoor facilities or garden due to poor weather.
Located in the heart of Cowes, this accommodation is walking distance to the main street, shopping, and the beachfront. The rooms were spaciously furnished with a great deal of amenities covering all our needs. The beds were comfortable, and the décor was magnificent and very child-friendly (including a baby gate at the top of the stairs). It is a perfect place for our Phillip Island getaway.
The location was super convenient and close to everything (including not too far from the Cowes shops). The staff were really friendly and helpful. The best part though were the facilities which were much more than we expected. Our favourites were the pedal bikes and the sauna (which you book to have to yourself).
The staff at Phillip Island Towers were extremely pleasant and accommodating. They went above and beyond to accommodate our group after we had to change plans at the last moment.
An important item was left behind, but the housekeeping team promptly informed reception, who contacted the group, and return the item.
We stayed at one of new cabins and was very comfortable and clean. They have everything you need for a short or long stay. Our cabin was heater on when we arrived and it was very much appreciated (we arrived in a very cold day!). Kids just loved it. You can do everything by walking to Cowes town center.
The b&b was very clean, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was superb. Richard and Evie are excellent hosts who are very friendly and helpful. There were some lovely touches like the complimentary water, wine and chocolates which made the stay more special than a large, anonymous hotel.
Had a wonderful weekend getaway with a few friends. The house was spacious and comfortable perfect to hang out together in the house and close to the beach. The people we spoke to at Phillip island holiday homes were lovely and very helpful.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The cabin was great and we were sad to leave as the stay was wonderful.
I would recommend this place if you are staying in Phillip Island and would gladly come back for a longer holiday.
Location is a short drive from Cowes.
Resort was very quiet for sleeping.
The indoor pool was well maintained.
The restaurant had great food and nice atmosphere.
Plenty of kitchen items, glasses and plates in villas.
House is within walking distance to Cowes, and the beach. Kids loved the pool and it’s nice that it’s only communal with about 4 other properties. Good size rooms and separate area for kids to watch TV
it was clean and very close to the beach and most tourist destinations. very close to the main town of Cowes with various choices of restaurants and cafe or a grocery store if needed
The owners run this little boutique hotel extremely well. The garden setting and atmosphere made for a very pleasant stay.. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phillip Island.
Cheap and cheerful accommodation within walking distance of a beach. A bunch of things for kids to do on site but you'll need to drive into Cowes if you want any services
Great house for our extended family to all be together.
Two sitting areas were comfortable and large bbq and back yard. Very safe place for our dog. Well fenced.
