The place is quiet and private. Very nice view. Enjoy the companies with kangaroos and birds.
The special moment for me was the nice and quiet evening with all the stars in the sky. I haven't seen that many stars for a while.

Reuben's restaurant seems to have changed hands. The quality of Italian cuisine has slipped. Waited for one hour
for meal to be served. Quality of the cuisine and service at Virgins kitchen are to be highly recommend.

Beautiful area and well worth coming to.
Beautiful area and well worth coming to. However, we were there from Monday to Wednesday and although quiet many shops and cafes weren’t open.
However, the natural beauty of the area and the Bathhouse were still able to be enjoyed. Highly recommend.
Loved the Springs, Bathhouse, Lavandula and Lake Daylesford.

Hepburn Springs is quite an expensive place.
Hepburn Springs is quite an expensive place. I would recommend it for couples with no kids. Having said that, the countryside itself is beautiful and there are some lovely walks to be had. Lavandula and the chocolate mill were a highlight.

Quiet little spot, great if you don't want to do much. And don't look for a coffee after 3pm in hepburn or daylesford...you won't find one ANYWHERE

This was such a beautiful, peaceful location to stay.
This was such a beautiful, peaceful location to stay. We loved the wet room with a beautiful marble spa bath and surround sound so we could watch movies from the spa! The layout of the room was lovely, spacious and had everything we needed - including bath robes which is always a winner in our eyes! There was a cute welcome pack upon arrival with some nice snacks, T2 teas and great grounded coffee. No contact check in with clear instructions. Such a romantic place to stay and at a fair price - we will definitely be back!

My fiancé and I loved our stay at Peppers Mineral Springs Hotel on the weekend! Our room was fantastic, very clean and had everything we needed! We also appreciated the smaller details, e.g the team included a bottle of champagne for us for my fiancé’s birthday and our anniversary! Breakfast was also delicious and we loved our massages and spa bath experience! The staff were also very friendly. Highly recommend! We would love to stay again!
Overall, precarious is a very nice property catering mainly for a picturesque weekend away. All amenities are catered for and we were pleased to find a bottle of sparkling waiting on arrival.
The views are phenomenal and it is very nice to be able to relax in the outdoor bath with the phenomenal outlook over the surrounding valley. The area is quiet and only a short 10 min drive to the Main Street of Daylesford.
Very comfortable, cosy and clean cottage. Away from the road, overlooking the trees.
The sights, the sounds were all relaxing.
Very tidy and well equipped kitchen.
Perfect to get away from the rat race and recharge.
Fantastic shower and the pillows provided were two firm and two soft. Just perfect!
Walking distance to the spa baths and all the springs.
Everything. Particularly the green surroundings which you can see from every room in the house. Our children called it a “treehouse”. :) The living room on the 1st floor is amazing. The 2 spas ate extra luxury. Beds were also very comfortable. Easy checkin. Great proactive communication by host.
The beds were comfy. Electric blankets were great and very useful. The spa was good. Big TV with netflix. Couch was comfy enough. Loved the fire place. Bottle of wine was a nice surprise. The split system was needed for the heater. Towels provided but they were small.
Only 3 minute drive to the spa was great. Dinner was exceptional. Our waitress was fantastic! The room was very so clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our check in experience was thorough and helpful. We were very appreciative for an early check in too!
The guest house was beautiful, spacious and well set up with everything we needed. The property it was on was gorgeous and lovely to walk around. Beds were very comfortable and the complimentary olive oil was fantastic. Thanks Andrew and Claire :)
Ambience, professional and friendly staff in all sections.
Room size and quality of bed linen. The Virgin Cafe and amenities of heated indoor pool, spa and sauna. Beautiful Australian bush views from the balcony. The ecclectic interiors and art.
The cottage was beautifully presented. Very spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. The beds were comfortable with lovely linen on them. Very quiet. Not far to anywhere in the area - hot springs, supermarket, cafes and restaurants.
The location was perfect as we had a wedding at Peppers which is directly across the road. The space was huge, big dining and kitchen and great sized living area. The bedrooms and en-suite were huge, it was perfect.
A well designed villas. Special attention to surround sound speakers and spa bath. Quite and cozy. we had a lovely stay. And it is located near the hot spring bathhouse.
