Located on Butler St, just a short 5 min stroll from the heart of Byron, lies this newly renovated 2 bedroom house with a fully self contained studio. Adding to the package is the inclusion of a gorgeous pool, somewhere you'll just want to lie by, or in, on those warm Byron days. The property is beautifully styled and offers modern conveniences such as ducted reverse cycle air con and ceiling fans throughout. The main 2 bedroom house offers a master king bedroom with ensuite (with bath) and a second queen bedroom. There is also a 2nd bathroom in this section of the property. The studio/3rd bedroom is fully self contained and offers a queen bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. A trundle is also available on request. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).
