A Perfect Stay was created as a result of our highly successful holiday accommodation business, Byron Bay Holiday Rentals, which was founded in 2004 in the Byron Shire. Initially operating in and around the Byron Bay region, the demand for expansion into other areas became apparent and A Perfect Stay was born. Property Features: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 8 (max 6 adults). Private, saltwater 8x3m swimming pool. Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Double storey timber beach home, backed by lush bushland. Recently renovated with modern bathrooms featuring an indulgent bathtub. Large covered wraparound decking areas with outdoor seating, alfresco dining and BBQ. Pet-friendly with large, fully fenced, shady yard. 3 minute walk to pristine Tallow Beach and dog-friendly off-leash area. 10 minute drive to the centre of Byron Bay. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).
