Fabulous 4 Bedroom, classic beach house with large entertaining deck featuring lovely bay views plus your own Beach Box, approximately 300 metres to the Dromana Foreshore & less than 1 kilometre to the shops & Dromana Pier. Features: Polished timber floors, period features including high ceilings, open fireplace, large undercover deck with Bay Views & Beach Box. Other features include ducted heating throughout, ceiling fans, outdoor shower, fully fenced yard with Cubby House & vegetable garden, perfect for children. There is also off-street parking for 2-3 cars

Amazing position, close to the beach & shops, an easy drive to Arthurs Seat, the Peninsula Hot Springs, world class Golf Courses, wineries & spectacular beaches throughout the Peninsula. This is a fabulous property with a great feel and can be enjoyed all year round.
