Linen not supplied at this property Double French doors extend from the interior living. The kitchen features a high-quality gas stove with an electric oven, a Nespresso coffee pod machine, a microwave, a breakfast bar and a dining table. Wi-Fi is available. The five sizable bedrooms are designed to comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. The master bedroom offers direct access to the outdoor living area and features a queen size bed, WIR and full ensuite with a claw foot bath, separate shower, and double basins. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and built in robes, single bunks and BIRs in the third bedroom, while the fourth bedroom also offers BIRs and sleeps up to three guests in the tri bunks. The fifth bedroom is located within the privacy of the spacious loft and features a queen bed with a lounge retreat and ensuite. Strictly no parties – No groups under 25 years of age. This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests. This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests. Guests are required to complete a booking form.
