These stylish studio apartments are in a quiet location opposite the St Kilda Botanic Gardens. The 29 sqm space is put to full use, with large windows to keep the space bright, and block-out blinds to keep it dark while you sleep. The apartment features a king bed for one or two guests, a fully equipped kitchenette, and split-system heating and cooling. The apartment is close to central facilities, with a supermarket and chemist less than a 5 minute walk, and multiple tram routes 5 - 10 minutes from your door. However it's easy to stay local, with the bars, restaurants, cafes and shopping of the Acland St Precinct only a short stroll away. Stay in one of Melbourne's most vibrant suburbs and experience some of Melbourne's biggest icons. The apartment building has 3 floors, and there is no lift.
