Dee, Nichole & Sarah make up Swell Stays, a holiday home company in the Margaret River Region. We all live with our families in Margaret River and manage houses in Margaret River, Prevelly and Gracetown. We love living in Margaret River and wake up everyday feeling like we are "Living the dream Down South". We love our region and enjoy getting involved in all that our community has to offer - you will often find us visiting the local Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, drinking coffee at one of our favourite local Cafés (Egberts or White Elephant), joining a Walk Talk Taste Tour of our town's best restaurants & bars, visiting one of our many cellar doors to purchase some local wine or spending a whole day at the beach with the kids! Central Heights is a new high end apartment just meters away from the main street. This comfortable apartment has everything you need including 3 reverse cycle air conditioners, ceiling fans, Smart TVs in both bedrooms and a large Smart TV in the living room. The perfect location right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle but the windows are double-glazed so the apartment itself is nice and quiet. Tastefully furnished with brand new modern furniture this apartment is light and bright and offers everything you need for a down south getaway. The apartment makes for a fantastic base for 2 couples with two bathrooms. There is a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a king bedroom with the second bathroom just outside in the hall. The galley style kitchen is modern and has views up Fearn Avenue. There are two comfy couches in the living area with large TV on the wall, flanked with windows showing off the urban view. There is a great little balcony with outdoor couch for you and view across town. From award-winning wineries and restaurants to empty beaches, tall-timber forests, world-class surf breaks and ancient caves.
