Reuben's restaurant seems to have changed hands. The quality of Italian cuisine has slipped. Waited for one hour
for meal to be served. Quality of the cuisine and service at Virgins kitchen are to be highly recommend.

Beautiful area and well worth coming to.
Beautiful area and well worth coming to. However, we were there from Monday to Wednesday and although quiet many shops and cafes weren’t open.
However, the natural beauty of the area and the Bathhouse were still able to be enjoyed. Highly recommend.
Loved the Springs, Bathhouse, Lavandula and Lake Daylesford.

Hepburn Springs is quite an expensive place.
Hepburn Springs is quite an expensive place. I would recommend it for couples with no kids. Having said that, the countryside itself is beautiful and there are some lovely walks to be had. Lavandula and the chocolate mill were a highlight.

Quiet little spot, great if you don't want to do much.
Quiet little spot, great if you don't want to do much. And don't look for a coffee after 3pm in hepburn or daylesford...you won't find one ANYWHERE
lots of spa relaxation activities... Bring a full bank account. Highly recommend Beppe in daylesford for meal and the daylesford cider company for food drink and atmosphere

This was such a beautiful, peaceful location to stay.
This was such a beautiful, peaceful location to stay. We loved the wet room with a beautiful marble spa bath and surround sound so we could watch movies from the spa! The layout of the room was lovely, spacious and had everything we needed - including bath robes which is always a winner in our eyes! There was a cute welcome pack upon arrival with some nice snacks, T2 teas and great grounded coffee. No contact check in with clear instructions. Such a romantic place to stay and at a fair price - we will definitely be back!

There are so many things we liked about this beautiful quaint cottage- with a landscape to admire, it's perfect for a weekend away- even a mid-week break!
As we were packing up we wished we had booked an extra night...
Beautiful location amongst the trees, it felt like we were in the tree tops. Every window has a view!
Great for a winter getaway, we loved the cute fireplace and spa bath for 2!
My partner and I stayed one night here and it was very nice! Looked exactly like the pictures and it was extremely clean. The aircon worked very well, it was so hot and this provided a much needed comfort! They did say they would provide a hamper (which they did!) but no breakfast food as they said they would include. Other than that, it was convenient, cosy and in a good location
Very comfortable, cosy and clean cottage. Away from the road, overlooking the trees.
The sights, the sounds were all relaxing.
Very tidy and well equipped kitchen.
Perfect to get away from the rat race and recharge.
Fantastic shower and the pillows provided were two firm and two soft. Just perfect!
Walking distance to the spa baths and all the springs.
The room was toasty warm when we arrived as it was very cold outside. The room was clean and very large. Plenty of room for three. The gentleman who checked us in was lovely and friendly. No problem getting us an extra blanket. For Hepburn Springs the price was excellent. We were in walking distance of great restaurants and spas.
Nice large sized apartment, loved the glass walls between the bathroom, bedroom and living areas.
The chocolates on the bed where a nice romantic touch! Beautiful kitchen and well presented dwelling. Bed super comfy! Close to nature walks, day spas and tourist attractions.
Private with lovely outdoor area!
The gentleman at Reception was lovely - welcoming, attentive and professional at all times. A great ambassador for the hotel.
The room and facilities were clean and nicely upholstered. The shower was a well-designed, ample space. The bed was large and very comfortable.
Close proximity to the Hepburn bathhouse. We stayed in the two bedroom villa which was absolutely gorgeous and loved the underfloor heating which kept the entire place warm and Cody especially during the cold weather.
The location is good being across the road from the Spa Retreat, We enjoyed our swim in the spa pool. Close to Hepburn springs cafe and is a short drive into Daysleford for more cafe and shops.
Staff were friendly.
lovely old style hotel with lots of personality - beautiful old lobby bar. We ate at Virgin restaurant and had a very good meal. Enjoyed our day at the Hepburn Bathhouse which is very close by.
the accommodation was just wonderful it was luxurious and provided two people the privacy and luxury so that each person could stay in a beautiful room with a large spa bath in each room
