The main bedroom contains a four poster bed, ensuite and French doors opening onto the verandah. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have queen-sized beds and face north. Bedroom 4 or studio has a queen-sized bed, a double futon bed, table and chairs and French doors that open onto the verandah. The dining room and table is large enough for a party of ten, is light and airy with windows on two sides.

1 set of Linen per reservation is provided. 1 bath towel per person. Guests may wish to bring extra towels depending on the length of their stay. Pool/Lake/Beach towels are BYO. Amenities: We supply a single bottle of 3in1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash in all showers. Bookings operate under a Strict No-Party & Non-Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. Pools where applicable are only open from end of September School Holidays to end of Easter school holidays. Internal & External wood fires only operate between end of Easter School Holidays & end of September School Holidays. We supply firewood, kindling & fire-starters for max 1-2 nights. Extra Guests: The number of people nominated on your booking is the maximum number of people that are allowed to be on the property at any one time. Cameras and Noise Monitoring: Please note this property may have installed a Wi-Fi Security Camera at the front and rear access points. The main bathroom has a separate shower and a full-sized bath, which is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The kitchen is fully-equipped with microwave and dishwasher. Dinnerware, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils and ovenware are all provided. The outside BBQ area is undercover and includes an outdoor table setting. Fresh linen is provided and the place is meticulously clean and very well-appointed.
