For security, we will be asking for a copy of the driver’s license of the person who’s card details are used upon booking and if it’s a different person checking in we will also need theirs. This is to ensure the correct person is staying at the accommodation and matches the card name. Once we have received the full payment and your driver’s licence; we will send through the key collection information. We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we don't charge the bond out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.

Happy Tides is the most stunning, executive style, beachfront home on the golden mile of Beachmere! Completely renovated with magnificent sea views and gorgeous white sand. Where the grass ends the sand begins. What more could you ask for!? Step out onto the deck, relax and enjoy the sea breeze. Spectacular never-ending sea views from all bedrooms and living areas. The vacation home boasts 3 generous sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are downstairs, each with quality queen sized beds. The bedrooms both open up onto the beachfront. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a brand new ensuite! The bedroom opens up onto the balcony, looking straight out onto the beachfront. All linen will be provided for your stay and 1 towel provided per person will be available. You will also be provided with a complimentary pack of shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash for your stay. Sit down and enjoy a meal at the dining table with breathtaking views of the ocean.
